How To: Order Tickets with Reserved Seating
We offer ticketing solutions of all kinds, including custom ticket printing for venues with reserved seating! All we need is your event information and a seating chart.
Creating tickets with reserved seating is very easy, and once you upload your seating chart with your order, we’ll save it in our system for the next time you order! Just be sure to create an account and be logged in when you upload the chart.
Follow these simple steps below to place your reserved seating ticket order today!
- Browse our reserved seating ticket templates and select the color you want
- Be sure to click the button that says “Customize for Reserved Seating” (underneath the orange “Customize Ticket” button)
- Enter the information you want to appear on the body of the ticket.
- Only some fields are available because the other fields will be automatically populated based on your SECTION, ROW & SEAT information
- Upload your seating chart below the ticket. We accept all file types including PDF, Excel, JPG and Word docs.
- If this is the first time you’ve uploaded this specific seating chart, there is a $125 fee.
- Repeat/future orders using exactly the same seating chart are exempt from this fee.
- Be sure the number of seats in the seating charts matches the number of tickets you are ordering.
- Once your order is placed, a representative will contact you upon receiving it to confirm the details.
- Ticket orders with reserved seating charts take an extra business day to process, as we must build the chart into our system.
